A juried exhibition which is part of Makers’ Festival, Norwich 2020 (click). I entered this piece and was delighted that it was accepted.
The piece is made up of recycled cotton sheeting with applied hand woven panels in natural fibres (cotton, linen and silk) all eco-dyed with oak leaves and iron dust. There is hand couching of some of the warp threads and additional silk hand stitching.
